RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
We try our best to check properly to all of our products before we do the shipping to customers. But if anything happened with the product for example like there are any defects on the product that you receive or we have sent you a wrong products, you can do the return and exchange of the product.

We are so sorry if we have sent you a wrong product or there are any defect on the product.
Wrong product will be exchange with the correct product
Defect product will be exchange with the same product
PRODUCTS THAT CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED
- Sale products
- Discount and any other special promotion products
- Customer do not like the product
- Defect that caused by the customer
TERMS FOR EXCHANGE
- Maximum 14 (fourteen) working/business days after customer receive the product
- The product still in it’s original and good condition, does not deform, damage, etc
- The tag and the label are still in good and undamaged condition
- You can exchange the product for only 1 time per invoice
We will provide free shipping to our warehouse and back to the customer for the incorrect products or defective product.

*For the defect product, please also attach photo of the defective part clearly
- Please wait for a reply from our team.
- The sending back address will be given after we has confirmed your request.
- Please let us know after you have sent the package to us. It’s also better if you can inform the shipping number to us.
- If we did not receive your package within 5 days from the day that we confirm your exchange request (except there are any delay from the shipping company), we reserve the right to cancel your exchange.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE YOUR EXCHANGE IF THIS HAPPEN :
- The product that we received from customer did not match with the terms and conditions
- The product are conscious defected by the customer
- Customer do the exchange by themselves without any confirmation to our team
- Customer did not follow the exchange instruction as mentioned above
- The color of product that shown in our website might be different with what you see in your computer due to the setting of the monitor screen. In this case, it will not be consider as defect product and we will not accept any exchanges or returns.
- For some kind of color, there might be slight small black dots which are not too obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the product, it will not consider as a defect and can not be exchanged or return.
- There are printed products, for this kind of products the placement of the prints will be a bit differ due to cut of the fabrics. In such circumstances, this will not consider as a defect and can not be exchanged or return.
- We do not guarantee that the products will not deformed, such as runs of the colors, size shrinks, etc after washed (for some products that are made from fabric, such as cushions,etc). And if any of this things happened, we do not take responsibility and we do not accept any exchanges or returns that causes of this case.
