SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture Shipping
All of the furnitures are made by order. Therefore it will need 30-40 business days for the making and the sending process. We will notify you once we already accept your order and payment.

We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil the expected delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we do not take any responsibility to you for loss,damage costs, or other costs arising from  the delays.

After the product shipping, the courier will ask you to sign the proof of delivery. You can contact us if there are any mistake, defect or damage in the product and you must show us the proof of delivery that you already signed.

In some condition, we would like to inform you that we might be not able to send the product to some area because of some reasons. In this case, we will inform you through the contact person that you already filled in the customer information.

We send the product with our standard of packing. 

You acknowledge that all of products that we sell are as the standard that we write on details and not made according to the order you might want.

Order Processing Time
Your orders only will be process on business days from Monday – Friday. The shipping progress will be ship from Monday – Saturday.

If you make and do the payment confirmation (through ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ menu) before 3 pm (GMT +7), we will processed your order on the same day. If payment confirmation made after 3 pm (GMT +7), your order will be processed on the next working day. There is no shipping on Sunday and public holiday. Customers will received the notification email once the orders has been sent.

We will directly ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.

We will process and ship based on your order ID. No combined-orders possible for shipment.

Shipping Fee
The shipping charge will automatically calculated when you do the checkout. The shipping fee will be charged based on the weight of the order.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Since the delivery service are the third party, SOHAN does not take responsibility and guarantee all of the packages will be received on time, even customers use the express shipping.

We do not responsible for any risks or loss the packages that occur after the packages has been picked up by courier service.

Some unexpected problem might occur, such as incomplete address, no recipient at the address, etc. If this situation happen, this will be the responsible of the customer. To avoid this kind of situation, we suggest you to fill your shipment data (name, phone, address) completely.

If the delay happen to the shipment because of the traffic shipment, customer can directly contact to the shipment company’s customer service.

Customer’s order only will be processed once we received invoice full amount transfer (including shipping fees). Please note that we are unable to process the order if problem occurred regarding to the payment.

If customers returned the goods to us and the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time.

Free shipping will be given to the customer if there are any shipping errors coming from SOHAN

SOHAN also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged from the shipping company.

No orders can be canceled once payment is received and the goods has already been processed for delivery.

However, if there is any problem that we can help, we will be very glad to help you.

 

Different Shipping Address

If you want to send the goods to another delivery address that is different from your member address, you can add the address by click the addresses at your account.
